The husband and wife already wrote a number of bestselling Chinese-language cookbooks, and their new book features dishes ranging from famous restaurant dishes like Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs and Dim Sum to home-cooked recipes, all of which comes with explanations of Chinese ingredients.

Also included in the book are easy-to-implement suggestions for alternatives recipes and essential tips on cooking techniques.

The cookbook is filled with hundreds of colored photographs of the food and the people behind the Chinese food production.
