Every Tuesday, La Peña Cultural Center hosts a free Mindfulness Meditation Yoga Session from 10:30 am to 11:45 am in Berkeley, California.

Join them this Tuesday, July 19th, and enjoy a relaxing exercise that will give you increased focus and reduced stress.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and props if you have them. All levels are welcome.
