If you haven’t watched Mr. Robot you are missing out BIG TIME. This is my new obsession and I’m so glad the new season started this month. If you are as obsessed as me and love free rides and virtual reality, then this one is for you! Experience virtual reality for free with USA Network’s TV series Mr. Robot.
You just need to request Mr. Robot in your app during virtual reality hours and you’ll be transported in the repair van to one of the designated VR spots in downtown San Diego, during Comic-Con weekend.
Virtual reality hours:
- Thursday | 1-8pm
- Friday and Saturday | 11-8pm
- Sunday | 11-4pm
How it works:
- Open your app between the virtual reality hours.
- Request the Mr. Robot option.
- Ride away in the Mr. Robot repair van. You’ll be dropped off at one of the virtual reality locations.
- Step into the world of Mr. Robot

- Mr. Robot VR will only be available downtown. Please see map below.
- Each vehicle can accommodate 4 passengers to experience VR.
- Demand will be very high – check back often if your first request is unsuccessful.
- Note: Trips will end at the designated VR spot. You must be 18+ to experience VR.
