National Ice Cream Day is really one of the best days on the calendar ever. This year it falls on Sunday, July 16, and there are plenty of ice cream shops and chains celebrating!

Salt & Straw
The deal: All five LA locations are giving out free scoops as hourly prizes all day, along with hourly giveaways of more ice cream, T-shirts, and other swag.
