In this new dramatic thriller from a Major Motion Picture Studio, straight from this year’s Sundance Film Festival, a young street magician is left to take care of his little sister after his mother’s passing. He soon turns to drug dealing in the Los Angeles party scene to keep a roof over their heads. When he gets into trouble with his supplier, his sister is kidnapped and he is forced to rely on both his sleight of hand and brilliant mind to save her.
Sleight stars Jacob Latimore (Black Nativity and The Maze Runner), Sasheer Zamata (TV’s Saturday Night Live) and Dulé Hill (TV’s Pysch and TV’s The West Wing).
The movie has not yet been rated but is believed to be ‘PG-13’ or ‘R.’ The studio cannot, of course, guarantee the rating that the film will ultimately receive.
