The Working Body invites you to join a free community class every second Sunday of the month in Oakland, California.
On Sunday, December 11th, they will be hosting a free Pilates class starting from 12:30 pm until 1:30 pm. All levels are definitely welcome, so get ready to enjoy a free workout to stay healthy and fit!
This free Pilates mat class is an introduction to the holistic system of workout known as Pilates. Foundation principles of concentration, breath, control, precision, and flow will be explored.
This event is free but you must register for the class in advance. You can bring your own mat if you have one.
