Come and join Author Mark Noce as he reads from and discusses his new book “Between two Fires” at Green Apple Books and Music on Sunday, November 6, 2016 at 7:00 pm in San Francisco, California.
The book is about Saxon barbarians who threatened to destroy medieval Wales. According to its Facebook page, “Lady Branwen becomes Wales’ last hope to unite their divided kingdoms when her father betroths her to a powerful Welsh warlord, the Hammer King. But the fledgling alliance is fraught with enemies from within and without as Branwen becomes the target of assassination attempts and courtly intrigue.”
Branwen fell in love with a young hedge knight, Artagan, which started to tear her world apart. She was torn between the love of her life and her duty to her people.
Noce’s gift to us is a story that combines the elements of romance and mystery.
