Join the book reading and discussion of “Everywhere Home: A Life in Essays” by Fenton Johnson for free on Tuesday, May 16th at the San Francisco Main Public Library in San Francisco, California from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

This is Fenton Johnson’s most recent book, which are new and selected essays from 30+ years of essay publishing. Many of these are set in San Francisco, where he was a staff writer for the New York Times based in SF during part of those years—and there’s a section (“Journals of the Plague Years”) of essays set in the first years of the AIDS epidemic.

See you there!
