Shock and Awe is a twelve-year autobiographical project analyzing the connection between protracted war and homeland decay. The book is a meticulously crafted image, text, foundation object journal that dims the line between author and subject, as well as authoritative and personal histories.
This book has been completed over countless years of traveling across United States. It pulls from the traditions of writing set and documentary photography on the American soil.
