Join the free hike on Saturday, July 14, 2018, at 11:00 am.

Join in on the trail this summer and feel the difference even a short jaunt through the park can make and lift your mood, boost longevity and even improve your sleep. Spending time outdoors is one of the most accessible ways to enhance your quality of life.

This trailhead is a set of stairs that is sort of hidden. Use the address 286 Juanita Way to navigate to the meeting point.

This is in a residential area with narrow streets and limited parking. Please be mindful of space and noise when you arrive. Make sure you have a layer or two, a bottle of water and sun protection.
