Everyone’s invited to join HIIT: Strength at Gallagher Way on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 from 7:00 am to 8:00 am in Chicago.

To complement HIIT: Cardio, the high-intensity interval training strength workout incorporates strengthening moves such as squats and push-ups, using your own body weight, to burn calories and fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle.

All participants must complete the Fitness Waiver Form. Please complete the form online in advance. Waiver forms will be available on site the day of each event.
