Everyone is invited to join and celebrate Pilates Day in this special free Pilates Mat class on Saturday, May 5, from 9:15 am to 10:30 am.

Pilates Day is an annual, international, community event celebrated on the first Saturday of May every year.

This event is free, but an RSVP is required.

Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance in a combination of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements.

The Pilates Day mission is to foster the public’s appreciation and awareness of the Pilates Method through a network of varied, innovative, and high quality grassroots Pilates events accessible and affordable for all. This class is free and open to the public. It is appropriate for beginners.
