Join the owner of San Francisco’s Sajen Jamu, Inc., Morsinah Katimin as she demonstrates how to make healthy Indonesian food at San Francisco Public Library on Wednesday, December 21st from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm in San Francisco, California.

Morsinah Katimin will be teaching the guests how to make Rujak or Rojak – a traditional fruit and vegetable salad, commonly found in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. She will also demonstrate how to make Sambal, the Indonesian version of hot sauce.

Rujak is served at many special occasions in Malaysia and Indonesia.
