Join a free yoga class at St. Cyprian’s Episcopal Church on Thursday, December 15th from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm in San Francisco, California.
Engage in an ancient practice in a sacred space – inside a church. People from all walks of life – faiths, age, perspectives – are welcome to join. No matter what level you are in yoga right now, you can join this free vinyasa flow yoga class by teacher Erin Mariani.
Please bring your own mat. Although free, this is a donation-based event, however, no one is turned away due to lack of funds.
