Join a free yoga workshop intended to reduce your stress at La Peña Cultural Center on Sunday, November 24th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm in Berkeley, California.

Having trouble sleeping, tight neck and shoulders, headaches, poor digestion, racing thoughts, lower back pain, etc.? These are the physical manifestations brought by stress, and these are prevalent in this fast-paced and tough world.

This workshop is meant to help you relieved from stress and focus on developing techniques on how to fight stress and increase energy.

The workshop includes:

  • Discussion on the common stress triggers and how they affect the mind and body
  • Learning of simple techniques on ways to reduce and manage stress: yoga, breath work, mindfulness practices, guided imagery, self-massage, etc.
  • Learning of strategies to promote greater vitality, boost mood, and become more stress resilient
  • A conclusion of a singing bowl meditation and creative writing exercise to destress
