Omnivore Books on Food will once again host a launching of an awesome cookbook called “Hello, My Name is Ice Cream” by Dana Cree on Monday, May 15th, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm in San Francisco, California.

With over 100 recipes for ice cream flavors and revolutionary mix-ins from a James Beard-nominated pastry chef, the book explains not only how to make awesome ice creams, but also the science behind the recipes in order for you to understand ice cream like a pro.

Dana Cree is from Seattle and began her culinary journey in 2000, studying at The Art Institute of Seattle. Also learn about her culinary journey in the book.
