Experience an original Chinese New Year Parade like an old school event 150 years ago at St. Mary’s Square in San Francisco, California on Saturday, January 21st at 10:30 am.
The parade’s starting point will be at the historical St. Mary’s Square, then follows the original parade route down Grant Avenue, and proceeds to the Flower Market’s Fair main stage on Washington below Grant.
Catch lion dancers, giant walking puppets, costumes slit walkers, dancers, drummers, and more during the parade.
After the parade, there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony with the presence of the mayor and other city dignitaries around 10:50 am still at the entertainment stage.
