The County Fair Building in San Francisco is the place to be this coming Saturday, June 18, to celebrate the 2016 International Yoga Day. Free yoga breakout sessions, meditation, and talks on spirituality and live music will happen from 9am-12pm.

This event is totally free but and RSVP is required. Fast lanes are available for the pre-registrant, just have your ticket printed or save it on your phone.

The goal for this event is to create awareness about the meaning of Yoga and its manifold benefits for humanity. To protect Mother Nature, International Yoga Day is a Zero Waste Event. Bring a snack to eat and to share. They encourage the use of reusable containers for water and to food. Bring your yoga mat and your family.
