Gather at Alta Park every Wednesday morning for a free workout, and have the chance to meet fellow fitness enthusiasts in your neighborhood. Workout starts at 6:30 and is totally free!
The workout differs each week, but consists of boot camp style workouts like running hills, core work, plyos, and endurance. All levels are definitely welcome!
