The Working Body invites you to a day filled with free yoga, salsa, and strength classes on Sunday, January 15th from 11:30 am until 3:30 pm in Oakland, California.

Meet their new set of teachers and try their new winter classes for free. Here’s the schedule:

  • Yoga Flow with Bekah: 11:30am-12pm
  • Move with Dianna: 12:15-1pm
  • Athletic Fitness with Mark: 1-1:45pm
  • Body Positive Restorative Yoga with Misia: 2-2:30
  • Beginner Salsa with Ruth: 2:45-3:45
