Celebrate International Yoga Day 2016 in Grace Cathedral’s indoor labyrinth this Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 6am to 9pm. Work your core with a cat or crane pose at an all-levels hatha yoga session with live music which is likely to be either Indian chanting, singing bowls, harp music, tribal instruments or acoustic guitar.

This event is also free on most Tuesdays. Just make sure to bring your own yoga mat and a small donation to keep these weekly sessions going on, so that everyone can continue to enjoy this calming class in one of San Francisco’s most beautiful churches.

They also offer free programs all day at the Center, including meditation, pranayama, asana classes, talks and vegetarian lunch. In the evening, join us at Grace Cathedral for Yoga on the Labyrinth followed by a conversation with Swami Sitaramananda, moderated by Darren Main.
