Maintain your summer body all throughout fall and winter enjoy the last days of the sunny days and make new fun and fit friends!

Join Mark Fisher’s Fitness Team for a fun one hour workout party at Hudson Park on Wednesday, November 9th at 5:30 pm in New York.

This event is totally free but donations are accepted. All the proceeds will be donated to The Uprising. All levels are welcome, no experience necessary.

An RSVP is encouraged for space is limited. Included in the classes are body-weight exercises good for both beginners and advanced fitness buffs. You must be 18 years old and above to be able to participate.
